Lale Arikoglu is the Senior Lifestyle Editor of Condé Nast Traveler, where she oversees the magazine's digital lifestyle content, as well as the popular Women Who Travel vertical. She also co-hosts the Women Who Travel podcast with Meredith Carey and has hosted multiple live episodes around the U.S. as part of events like Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, SXSW in Austin, and Feast Portland. She is a frequent guest on WNYC and Cheddar and has been featured in Glamour magazine, The Daily Beast, and more. Prior to joining Traveler, Lale was the Managing Editor at the New York Observer. Sally Tamarkin has been a journalist since 2014. Most recently she was features director at SELF. Before that, she was a writer and editor at BuzzFeed Health. And before that, she did community organizing and policy advocacy around LGBTQ rights and reproductive justice. She's the co-host of two podcasts: the mental health advice show The Struggle Bus, and Co-op Mood, a video game podcast. She has an MSW in community organizing and is passionate about tabletop RPGs, her favorite TV shows, and her hometown of New Haven, CT.
